Application Process (on-line)

Exchange students apply to study at JIBS through their home university. Once selected by their home university, they are required to apply to JIBS on-line.

Applications are due at JIBS by May 15 for students wishing to begin studies in August (fall semester) and by November 1 for students wishing to begin studies in January (spring semester).

Exchange students are required to apply to JIBS on-line. The home university should provide the international student co-ordinator at JIBS with the following

• Complete names of the students who will participate in the exchange programme

• The Period of Studies (Autumn or Spring or Full Year)

• Level of Studies (either Bachelor or Master).

The co-ordinator at the home university will then be provided with the usernames and passwords for their students. The students are then required to fill out all the information requested in the application on-line such as personal information, choice of courses, and so forth. The students must print out the confirmation of choice of courses, have it signed by the co-ordinator at their home university, and then mail it to the JIBS international student co-ordinator together with the transcript of academic records before the application deadline. These documents must reach JIBS by the application deadline. JIBS will mail the students’ letters of acceptance as soon as we receive the documents mentioned above.
